From order placement to final product inspection and shipment, we employ a variety of identification methods—including labeling, engraving, and spray painting—while meticulously recording all relevant data to guarantee complete product traceability. Additionally, we are fully equipped with threaded gauge tools of various specifications, pitch-measuring instruments, taper detection devices, non-destructive testing equipment, and hardness testers. We also possess the necessary physicochemical testing equipment, enabling us to perform comprehensive mechanical performance tests on drilling tools as per customer requirements.
